At Ocean Cape Cabins, our goal is to provide each guest with exceptional service and an unforgettable experience. To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, we have a specific set of policies and rules. We kindly ask you to review them carefully before completing your reservation.

House Rules

  • No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the cabins is strictly prohibited. If you wish to smoke, please do so outside with the door closed, and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Do not throw them on the ground.
  • No Shoes Indoors: To preserve the parquet flooring, please leave your shoes on the carpet. Complimentary slippers are provided in each cabin for your comfort.
  • Radiators/Heaters: Please do not turn off the radiators or heaters, as they ensure the cabin stays warm and comfortable during your stay.
  • Cleaning: Daily cleaning is included in the rate. However, we kindly ask that you maintain the cabin in a tidy condition throughout your stay.
  • No Events/Parties: Hosting parties or events is not permitted to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our property.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with these policies.

  • Third-Party Bookings:    If you are booking through a third-party platform, please refer to their individual cancellation policies for accurate information.
  • Direct Bookings (Strict Cancellation Policy):    Guests must request cancellations via telephone or email.
  • Full Refund: For cancellations made 90 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • 75% Refund: For cancellations made between 89 to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
  • No Refund: For cancellations made within 59 to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

  • Refund Processing Time:    Please note that the time frame for issuing refunds can vary and may take between 3 to 4 weeks to be processed.

  • Third-Party Bookings:    If you are booking through a third-party platform, please refer to their individual payment policies for further details.
  • Direct Bookings:    When booking directly through our website, a secure system is used to collect your credit card details. No charge is made at the time of booking. Once your reservation is confirmed, your information is securely transferred to our booking system, where we process the payment.
    • We may charge the card at any point up to 14 days after check-out, but typically, the payment is processed within 48 hours of receiving your reservation.
  • Damages:    We do not require a deposit for reservations. However, if any damages occur during your stay, we reserve the right to assess the damages and charge the credit card on file accordingly. Guests will always be notified prior to any charges being made for damages.

  • Internet:    We provide free Wi-Fi in all our cabins. However, please note that we are located in a remote area, and the connection may occasionally be weak.
  • Parking:    Each cabin includes one parking space. If you require additional parking, please contact us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Pets:    We have a no pets policy. However, if you are traveling with a service animal, please contact us directly to make the necessary arrangements.

  For your convenience, we have implemented a lock-box system for each cabin. After your reservation is made and confirmed, we will send you an email with the lock-box code, along with general check-in information.

While the lock-box system ensures a seamless self-check-in process, we are typically available to personally greet our guests and assist with their check-in whenever possible.
