Our goal is to provide our guests with the best service, and experience while staying with us, for this reason we have a specific set of policies and rules. We ask that you take the time to read through them all before you make your reservation.

Strict cancellation policy
Guests must request to cancel via telephone or email
Full refund provided for cancellation within 90 days or more of scheduled arrival date
75% refund for cancellation within 89-60 days of scheduled arrival date
NO REFUND provided for cancellation within 59-30 days of scheduled arrival date

Please note that the time frame in which refunds are issued can vary between 3 to 4 weeks.

When you are booking directly on our website, we have a secure system that retrieves your Credit Card information (no charge is made yet), upon completing the reservation the information is sent to our booking system where we confirm the reservation and charge the card. We have up to 14 days after you check out to do this.
However, we typically charge the card within 48 hours of receiving it.
Damages
We do not take a deposit for reservations however, if there are any damages that occur during a stay we will asses the damages accordingly and charge the credit card on file, we will always notify our guests prior to making any charges.
Check-in & Check-out Times
If for any reason these times do not work for you, we ask that you contact us directly, and we will make our best effort to accommodate you accordingly.
Internet: We provide FREE Wifi for all our cabins, please keep in mind we are located in a remote area and our Wifi connection is not always strong.
Parking: One parking space is provided per cabin, if additional parking is required we ask that you contact us directly and we will accommodate you accordingly.
Pets: NO pets allowed
Please contact us directly if you have a service animal.
We have a lock-box system implemented for each cabin.
Once your reservation is made and confirmed we will email you with the lock-box code and our general check-in information.
We are normally available to greet our guests and check them in.
